PDF's printing out in random sizes

I have a problem with PDF's being created by our CAD team which are totally correct and present, then e-mailed to another office who open the document with Adobe Reader 7.0.8 and the first page will look normal, the second page will be 10% of the original drawing size, 3rd page normal and 4th page 10% of normal size. Both the 2nd and 4th pages of the drawing are perfect in every way but are very very small and in the top right hand corner. This error is transferred to print as well with the same results. However, when this file was returned to me via email, it opens on my machine perfectly. Both running Wins XP, same versions of Adobe reader - no obvious settings in reader have been changed, anyone have any ideas ?
