You do not create content in Acrobat. You make your content in Word,
Excel, or other program and then convert the file to a pdf file. In
Word and Excel there will be an Acrobat pdf button to convert the file
into a pdf, in other programs you generally print to a virtual printer
created by Acrobat that will convert the postscript created by the
printer driver (as if the virtual printer was a postscript laser
printer) and convert the postscript commands into a pdf file for
viewing and printing from Reader.
