I receive my fax's electronically and when I get a legal size (8.5x14) fax Acrobat Reader 9 detects the paper size as letter size. Needless to say this causes my fax to be shrunk when I print. When I look at the properties of the fax it shows the paper size to be 8.64x13.6. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get it to read correctly? My system is windows xp service pack 3 and I am using Adobe Reader ver. 9.0.0. I am printing to a Kyocera KM-C4035E colour printer, but have tried multiple printers (ie HP, Canon) with the same result. The issue seems to be how Reader detects the paper size of the document. I can go into the print setup and select legal, but this is a real pain, as I then have to switch back when I want to print a letter size document. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
