PDF Forms with Internet Posting over Proxy

Hello.

I work for a big company with complete Proxy structure. Internet access is Username based.

We have some clients who need to fill PDF Forms :
 <http://www2.mca.gov.in/MinistryWebsite/dca/downloadeforms/eformTemplates/1046-Form17.zip>

In this forms, there are auto-fill functionality which get info on Internet.

Here is what we can see in Proxy log :
192.168.0.200 anonymous N 2006-12-04 12:02:17 - 294 - - POST <http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/services/PrefillService> - 12209

Our problem is the anonymous request.
Are there a way to be prompt for the user and Password ?
