I have an FDF file created by someone else. When I open it from Outlook, or double-click it from Windows Explorer, it opens up the Reader window, and then IE, opening up the PDF in the browser. That's all fine. Another person, with at least a similar environment, when they open up the FDF, they see the Adobe Reader window appear, but nothing else. IE doesn't open, and they don't see any error messages. We both have Adobe Reader 7.0.8 and Adobe Acrobat 7.0.5. We made sure that Reader was installed after Acrobat, towards the goal of making Reader open FDFs instead of Acrobat. We've tried other similar FDF files, and they all work fine for me, but just don't open for him. Is there anything I (or him, on his computer) can do to get more information about what's going wrong here? Is there anything you can suggest?
