Hi; I have got the same problem on my customer's web site. The process works step by step as; - The customer uploads the pdf file from an admin panel to the web site where the name and the number of the file is written to an SQL table automatically. - The page visitors gets the pdf file from a small site engine with the file number which is also written in SQL table where the engine page is written in php Q: Visitors sometimes get the error of "the file is damaged and could not be repaired" but sometimes not. We were using this method nearly 6 months and didnt get any errors like that till the hosting company updated their server. And now we have been told that this is a common error of Acrobat Reader where i do not beleive that. Do you have any suggestions why this error is occuring? Help is needed ASAP.
