Jose, I have the same problem. In order to fix the issue I had to uninstall A R 7.08 and install ver 7.0. I have a question for you, do you use "www.chase.com" If so this is where the problem is. For some reason after using this site, then logging off or shutting down this error occurs. I just spent weeks going around with Microsoft on this issue. Please let me know what happens. Tony
