Adobe PDF's which have the text in the document which can only be "text select" as picture and thereby cannot be pasted into text to speech reader software. I am looking for a macro type enabled software function that will allow me to digitally bypass the need to print the entire PDF (say for instance a 294 page dissertation or thesis), then run it through an automatic sheet feeding scanner with OCR for each page; automatically creating a MP3 of the entire document which I can share between mobile media devices. Perhaps someone who works with ADA or Disabilitys knows where I can find the list of TTS software applications that will work with these picture based PDF's, to allow me to access text in the PDF much more quickly with less wasted computer resources.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a list of Adobe "Trusted Agent" TTS or screen reader software that has really great voice quality (as good as the 16 kilohertz 24 bit versions used with AT&T Natural Voices or RealSpeak) for use with online database research intensive study for people with learning disability.
