Okay I should clarify a little, I am a college student, I don't have 500 dollars to buy acrobat, okay it costs 300 dollars I DON'T HAVE 1000 dollars to pay for Adobe software! The school is offering to buy me a TTS or screen reader software because of my Learning Disability, they have offered TextAloud, but I am looking for something that is an Adobe "Trusted Agent" Certification WITH 16k / 24bit voice quality and I prefer UK English or Australian English dialects. I need to know what are the names of the Trusted Agent TTS or Screen Reader or the manufacturers sales and information websites, the whole idea with Accessibility for people with disabilities is NOT to have to go through a million steps to read the document, such as running an OCR on a document that you otherwise could read; say, if you were Sighted or not visually impaired. Although that is not my difficulty.
