Problems with text fields in a form

I have Reader 7.0. I'm trying to fill out a form. I can fill out phone number and date fields and one text field, but I can't fill out any of the other text fields. I know the text fields are there and that the form is interactive for two reasons. 1. I created it. 2. Four of my coworkers can open the same document and fill out all the fields. Could this simply be a problem with needing them to run the latest updates on my computer or does it sound like some other problem? (The four who can fill it out have v. 7.0.8.) Thanks for your help.
