I have two files that I recieved and after saving them to a network folder, I try to view the contents with Adobe reader and the pages all come up grey. I am unable to view the file at all. Other users that received the same email were able to view the contents. The sender and I are using the same version of Adobe. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
