That is the exact message I get when trying to redownload 7.0.8. It also wants me to use a cd to get rid of 6.0. The program was preinstalled on my computer, so I don't have a cd. When I called phone support they said that I would have to pay for any help. What kind of scam are these people running? Are they trying to make the money back on the free programs by intentionally putting bugs in the software so that people will have to pay for phone support? I'm not a conspiracy nut, it just seems a little hinky to me. If your going to offer software for free then you also offer help for free. Especially if you know your software doesn't work right.
