Chinese (Traditional characters) Windows XP Home SP2.
Chinese Adobe Reader 7.0.0.

1. Get a PDF file with Chinese Simplified characters in the file name.

2. Cannot open this file, either by double-clicking it, or by
"file -> open".

3. If you rename the file, you can open it.

Thanks.
