Cannot find or create the font 'Univers'

Hi. When I open a pdf document, I receive a popup window saying "Cannot find or create the font 'Univers'. Some Characters may not display or print properly." After clicking OK, the actual form characters are black dots. Any info that I put in the document shows correctly. Any ideas how to fix this? I do not have this problem on my work machine...the documents show up fine.
