No you could not make it up. That's what it will costs to get me email communication with adobe over the failed DRM activation issue I am having.

(i cannot use fucking telephone jack, okay?)

I was advised that this support, at the most basic level for adobe reader, costs over 200 dollars.

For a 7-dollar E-Book they want me to pay over 200 dollars just to get help.

even the fucking mafia couldn't dream up a scam like this.
