I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Adobe tech support gave the wrong information. However, according to this page, http://support.adobe.com/devsup/devsup.nsf/docs/53850.htm, activation problems are dealt with on a different, free, number. But I did hear the number was out of date. Aandi Inston
