Save As dialog box is not populated with file name

After upgrading Acrobat Reader to version 7.07 we get many calls from users complaining that when they use the File - Save As option the original file name is not displayed in the file name field of the Save As dialog box. They have to type it in manually. It does not affect all users, but so far we could not identify a pattern - it seems to be random. Does anybody have any clue what could be causing this "misbehavior"? Thanks. OS is Windows XP, SP1.
