Dear All experts, Recently, one user opens a PDF attachment in Outlook 2003 and she wants to print it out, but it fails. The procedures are: 1) open the PDF attachment by using Adobe Reader (ver. 7.0.0) 2) press "Print" and select the correct printer 3) Then a message box prompted which request to input a file name 4) User inputs either a file name or whole path of the file name, the printer does not any responses. Then she forwards this email with attachment to me, I can print it properly (actually the procedure 3 does not occur in my computer). Can anyone give me some suggestions to fix this problem? Thanks
