I'm having the exact same problem. For some reason I can't update OR uninstall my Adobe Reader program to reinstall it. I get this message: "The installation for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." I get this when trying to uninstall the program or trying to update it, and this is something that relatively recently happened. I'm pretty computer illiterate, and have no idea what's going on. Pat, I have no idea what you mean.
