If I were to access a .pdf file from a website on my desktop the file fails to open. It clocks a while then just states "done" on the bottom of the page though the page is blank. If I try the same on my laptop it opens right up. I've refreshed my version download a couple of times and turned off all pop up blockers but still get nowhere. I note that if open a .pdf that is attached to an email it works fine. It's just when I try to access directly from the internet. Any thoughts out there as to why this is happening? Thanks.
