Small Business Owner I am The IT Dept. Download a lot of "stuff" Frequently Reboot (after downloading, even when not requested/suggested) Windows XP Home SP 2 MS Office 2003 (including latest update on 11/12/06) Gateway 700SE PC Reformatted Hard Drive (within last 2 months reinstalled/updated EVERYTHING, I think) McAfee deep scan every 24 hrs. Automatic MS Updates & check for optionals weekly Disk CleanUp weekly Disk Defrag weekly Spyware/Adware Removal Daily (Spybot S & D, SpywareBlaster, Comcast- Pest Patrol) CM DiskCleaner, Tune XP 1.5, TweakNow RegCleaner almost daily PROBLEM IS: as stated in subject line; have searched KB & Forums (however I am about delirious, so may have overlooked some article(s), apologies) :) ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!
