Are you using English Windows XP with Regional and Language Options -> Advanced -> Language for non-Unicode programs set to language other than English. I have the same case with PDF file with double quote symbol (") just having problem on printing with the above setting. It did no happen on Acrobat 5 or 6 but only apply to Acrobat 7 all language version. I'm still seaching for a solution.
