The little hand to grab the text with the left button click is real neat. And I propose to change it, if the designers see fit.

If the first move, after grabbing is to the right then the scroll is to go down.

If the first move after grabbing is to the left then the scroll is to go up.

So to move the page up or down just requires some hand shaking.

I do not know if this is hard to implement it, but what do you think of the idea?
