I can't install new version of adobe reader and when I go to uninstall programs and click adobe reader to uninstall it I get error message that batch program could not be opened and when I tried to install new version of adobe reader I get error message that older version can't be removed and I can not open any pdf files what can i do can anyone help me pls send me a message at norm7734@yahoo.com
