Print PDF problem without open/view the PDF

Hi All,

I have a question about the print PDF file...

What I have done is print the PDF file thru the .bat file...using lpr and passing the path of PDF file. The problem is, the printing is not completed form. Its only print the header of PDF file instead of full page.

What I notice, when i see the PDF file from thumbnail in explorer, its only display the header (exactly the printed page) but when i opened the PDF file, its will display the whole thing in the form/page. And it will print everything.

Is that any hidden layer or flatten that i could not print without opened/viewed the PDF?
