I'm teaching Italian in the Czech Republic. Quite often I send .pdf files to my students with Italian texts (it means that they include characters such as ). I can print them fine, although I have a Czech pc with the Czech version of Windows XP on. On other computers sometimes Italian characters are substitued by Czech characters. It's not due to the printer or to the version of Acrobat Reader. Me and my colleague have the same Acrobat Reader (v. 7.0.5) and we share the same printer. With my computer I can print correctly, she can't with hers. Where is the problem?
