I am talking about the bar of buttons (zoom, select, etc) that appears above the pdf document when I am reading a pdf document using adobe reader. When you are using a browser like firefox and click on a pdf document, then in the browser the adobe reader is started. This reader has a row of buttons along the top of it (inside the browser, with its toolbars above that). I hope that is clearer.
