Can anyone help -the above will not work; I cannot remove it from "Add and Remove programs" - the message I receive is "Patch could not be opened. Verify patch package exists and you can access it...or verify it is a valid windows installer package" Also in the list of programmes the Adobe file is marked "empty". I cannot reinstall as the message I receive is that this programme is already installed. I believe I installed it from Google or some other programme that offered to install Adobe now to proceed, but I am completely stuck as pdf files will not open.
Any help would be appreciated (Packard Bell laptop running Windows XP Home Edition 2002)
