Hello,

I'm trying to create some rights-enabled forms in the Acrobat 8 Pro trial. The forms work fine until I email them, upon which the background document (the document built in Word that the Acrobat forms are set on top of) disappears from the pdf file. All that is left are the form fields that were created in Acrobat.
I also seem to remember this happening with Acrobat 5, but I never used it enough to find out why.
If anyone has any information as to why this happens, I'd really appreciate it.
