The problem is that I make a text field in Acrobat Prof with the specs: General: form field visible Appearance: No border color. No field color. Font size 8 Courier. Options: Multi-line checked + 600 chracters My goal is to offer the form filler to supply 8 lines. When I check if the text field works (on PC and Mac). On my systems I can type 8 lines. When my customer tries it he can only submit 7 lines. I have enlarged the text field box and still the customer can only submit 7 lines! What worked is to specify in the tab Appearance Auto. But then there is no alignment with the question keywords and therefor not accepted by the customer. I have even decreased the font size so I could get in 9 lines. But still he can get in only 7 lines. So when I type: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 The customer can only get this: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Has any one an idea? What is going on? Every thing else is working fine: hiding fields etc, pop-ups are working fine, print function (script) works fine. Thanks
