JBB; The only "fix" Adobe offered was to tell me I could buy one of their support programs! I'm just a disabled retired guy trying to keep my mind active and exist on my SSDI and they want to sell me "support" for their FREE reader? Makes little sense to me. Maybe if the companies that use Adobe were to get enough complaints that their customers could not open documents because of the reader faults it might start to make an impact.
