Hi Rebecca,

When you receive the email save the attachment to My Documents or your C drive and then try and open it from there.

Right click on the saved file and look at properties. Check that open with is set to Adobe Acrobat 7. If not use the change button.

Are you able to open other PDF files correctly? If not, de-install and re-install acrobat.

Finally, If you are using an email program such as Outlook, do you have the option to collect your emails via webmail? If so, then give it a try. If not, is there anyother way to access the required PDF, such as download from your accounts area of your cellphone providers website?
