CAD conversion, page layout incorrect

Hi, Im haveing an issue when creating a multiple page document usind dwg files.

They convert fine, but the finished PDF hasn't incorporated the zoom extents and there for aI have the drawing not using the full size of the page or portrait when it should be landscape etc.

I cant find the options to set this in CAD, ADOBE or volo view.

IS this an ADOBE issue or CAD/volo view?
