My cell phone co. just send's me a notice that tell's me that my bill is now availible to view on line. then I go there and have to export data via adobe reader, then that's when I get the error message. And as far as the Adobe reader working or not, well it let's me read the billing invoice ok, just cant export data right,the data im wanting to export is all incomming and outgoing call's made from my cell phone for the billing month in question..( I pay 2 dollar's extra per month to have this feature) Or it's just that im doing something wrong still, i did the thing's you ask me to and still get the error message. I use A.O.L browser & AOL mail...if you have any other Idea will you let me know and thank you so much for your fast reply --Rebecca
