Acrobat version and market penetration

Does anybody know where I can get statistics for market penetration of the different versions of the Acrobat reader. In much the same way as you can for the Flash Player.

I currently save my PDFs as compatible with Acrobat 5 to ensure good compatibility. Am I being over cautious, losing some of the more advanced features and better compression in favour of a surer take-up.
