I cannot open a PDF document in Reader 7. When I try to download a bank statement, my Photoshop Elements starts up. I checked the setting in IE and the Reader is enabled. I also cleaned up all temp internet files.

I run XP Pro, with 1 GB of memory. Can anyone please hel?

Many thanks.
