Does not matter setting any environment variable suffices, i.e. BLABLA = 1. If you mean them outlook settings he had to import all of the mail folders and stuff like that, in Word the custom toolbars and so on - the usual stuff what happens when you delete the profile. After he had done this again Reader had stopped working again ...
