I cannot update 7.08 or install full version. I am getting 3 different error messages.

1) Error 1714. I tried this and it did not help.

2) The instruction "at 0x7c91152" referenced memory at 0x0008a07c". The memory could not be "read". Couldn't find anything to cover this.

3) The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel. Nothing on this and support would not help.

At this point, I don't know what the problem is since I have been using and updating for years with no problem.
