I have a website <http://www.jewellofts.com> When going to Floor Plans there are options to display the floor plans in pdf format. I have a user complaining they cannot get the floor plans to display. I do not know how to test what is wrong. Is there a way to tell if this does not work on someone's computer who does not have the lastest adobe acrobat viewer? Or a way to tell if it won't work because of some browser setting I don't know about. It seems to work on all my computers, but then I keep everything up to date. Can someone give me ideas on how to test this to determine when and why it will not work on someone's computer?
