The things to ask the user are 1. When you say [what it is they say], what happens when you try? For instance, do you get a blank screen or an error message? 2. What version of Adobe Reader do you have? (You should check that you are making PDF files compatible with this). 3. Are you able to view PDF files on other sites? Aandi Inston
