Action Cancelled message

I created a website (www.xerolet.com) and on the products page I have a read more button that launches a .pdf file.

Here is the problem. On a couple of computers the user sees the "Action Cancelled" page. They can click the go button and they are prompted to open the pdf file. Is there a problem with their reader?

I am unable to recreate the problem on all the computers I have tested it on. But I did see it fail on his system.
