Ariel's question is:

I have a Word (file) with spaces to fill in, and I am supposed to upload it, to be filled in Explorer, how should I do it?

Ariel, explica ms claramente tu problema.

My answer is:

Ariel, please explain your problem more clearly. Do you want to know how to produce a PDF file with fillable fields? Or how to upload your PDF file so that those filling it in can send you back that information? Independently of this, please indicate if you are on a Mac or a Win machine, and the versions of all involved programs and your OS.
