When I try to log on to Adobe reader 7.0.8 I get an error that says, "Adobe Reader 7.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close" But it does not tell me what the problem is or how to correct it. In the drop down it gives me an option to report the error to Microsoft and I do but never hear from them. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? I tried to remove and reload Adobe Reader 7.0.8 to no avail.
