I too have had difficulties printing images with Adobe Reader 7.0.8 when printing .PDF files containing images on my Mac. Everything will look fine on the screen, but when printing, images distort very badly. It seems to be an issue in the 7.0.8 update because images print just fine in .PDF files with Reader 5.0.5 and Apple Prieview 3.0.8.
