Guys, it's a moot point. I've done it and I appreciate the info. If I understand it correctly from Adobe's point of view and in layman terms, I can't sell or give away their product (the purchased one). This has never been my intent so we're safe on that.

The next part is having to include the newest version on my product. This would be referring to those who create a product that needs to be installed and have included a manual, game instructions or whatever as a PDF. The 99.9% of the developers, that this pertains to, would have to add the Adobe Acrobat Reader (AAR) current version so the user can install it, if they don't have AAR or the newest version (they still have a choice not to upgrade).

I fall in that .1% which is not selling an installation product. This is more on the order of a "slide show" program where it starts automatically and never needs to be installed. When the disk is removed, nothing remains. If Adobe disagrees, they can contact me and I will add the newest version of AAR to my disk (if I have room). But if no one looks at the contents of the disk, they will never find it.
