I have an issues where if I scan a document on our copier and I connect to the fiery of the copier and try to pull down the document. I try to convert it to a PDF and it does pop up, however it will only show 10 to 20% of the document and then freeze (or stop). I use to be able to pull this scan a few months ago, but I don't know if a certain security setting in Internet Explorer or if a Windows Update cause this change. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Thanks
