Need Help with Save Function

Everytime I open Adobe Reader, the Save As function appears briefly and then disappears. It happens with every document and we had no problems with them until recently. Does anyone know how to keep the Save As function on, OR How to add the Save function on the toolbar? Pls help as this is extremely frustrating
