Can't print - only from reader - only a single printer - no errors

One of my users is using adobe reader 7.0.8 and he can�t print to a certain printer.
He can print to that printer in any other program other than adobe reader
In adobe reader he can print to the other printers on his list
Nothing makes it to the queue and there aren�t any errors.
I have used the detect and repair and have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe reader and neither have helped.
The printer he can�t print to is an HP designjet 430
Any ideas?
