I have had adobe 3.0 for years with no problem. Now I am unable to down load the monthly newsletter that my son mails from out of the country. I understand that 3.0 is very old so I down loaded 7.0 thinking the newsletters would open in that one, but not the case. I have windows xp with much free space on the D-drive. Is there a phone # with a live person at the other end that may help me solve my problem? I am not very computer savvy. Thanks for any help. Mary
