in a very large pdf document (209 pages), how do i set "user" bookmarks?

the Bookmarks tab shows "author's" bookmarks.

is there a facility to create my own bookmarks?

it would also be helpfull in quickly jumping through the document like current text editors (e.g.: ctrl f2 set bookmark, f2 and shift-f2 cycle through bookmarks)

can these bookmarks be converted into windows-type shortcuts for ease of use (e.g.: sent as a url)?
